DM: Yes for our universe this is true, but beyond our universe all things may remain possible. Maybe we need an 'actualisable' concept? Not everything possible is actualisable at any given time/place. > > DM: What about that hot girl who never went out with you, are you > sure it does not matter? > > [Krimel] > It might have been possible. It might still be possible but it is > impossible > for me to date Cleopatra. DM: But there are actualisable possibles that we forsake by our decisions or accidental missings that haunt us even though they were never realised, that's my point. Is not our actual life given meaning by all the lives that were possible for us at given time/places that we missed or did not choose bring into being? > > DM: Why is it destroyed, more like forsaken, maybe for ever, > maybe just for now, emphasize NOW. > > [Krimel] > As I tried desperately to show a long while back in the NOW all > probability > reaches 100%. In the NOW possibility equals actuality. DM: But the now is always being disturbed by the need to embrace one set of finite possibilities and forsaking an infinite set of possibilities, at least that is how I experience life in the now. > > DM: What else is prediction and control doing? Are you thinking before you > type? > > [Krimel] > Some would argue, obviously not. DM: Real nice to talk to someone who does not get a flame-on, flame-on, FLAME-ON. The internet has really improved how often my nose gets broken. DM: Do you see how control only makes sense if there are real possibilities to reject and/or realise?
