SA: The following is from wikipedia, but is also
found on the ROL website. As for the visa, I've
emailed a senior member of the forum, and maybe I'll

does mention passports and the wikipedia article
discusses how the ROL is currently in the process of
making an energy deal with solar energy and wind
energy to become more independent. With the extra
energy, the ROL states they will sell it to any
interested in the U.S. I also know from their
website, as stated by Russell Means, that anybody can
be a Lakotah for Lakotah is not standardized by blood
but by heart and ways that are traditional Lakotah.
Russia is in the process of setting up formal
recognition with ROL, and Russian TV news has shown
this recent ROL reassertion of independence. With the
U.S. recent recognition of Kosovo, Putin has stated
two can play at this game and recognizes ROL. Italy
has shown this recent ROL move on these TV news.
Russell Means has been invited to Malaysia. Oh, what,
oh, what, will the U.S. do, for now freedom and
independence is declared in its' own backyard - will
the rhetoric of U.S. support of freedom seekers
anywhere (as Bush stated many times early in his
administration) become mute in the face of these dark
memories of Manifest Destiny's that have not gone
