SA:  The first sentence of yours isn't making sense,
please clarify.  It seems you went from A to D, before
explaining B and C first.  The quality event (first
split) "becomes unintelligible" because an event is a
pattern - what?  What "two events"?
        Also, what's incorrect with the dictionary
definiton I gave of pattern?  To simply say you
thought Marsha wanted a moq definition of pattern
means what?  Isn't this all quality?  A dictionary is
included in "all".
