Quality is an axiomatic "truth" in MoQism. Something that is axiomatic
to a metaphysics - is probably about as close to fundamental as one
can get - but they cannot be in any sense absolutely fundamental -
outside of the choice of metaphysics and the ontological axes within
it. You have to take the word of any philosopher (or yahoo) with at
least a grain of salt, even though some are better than others.

(Use a capital T if you want - I'm just asking you why ?)

Quality is a "level" only in the sense that it is the undifferentiated
continuum that is divided to create all the other levels and processes
- the medium that is more fundamental than any levels. In MoQish terms
that is "more fundamental" than quanta - you don't have to use the
word level if you don't want to.

I just asking for your definition of fundamental - and if that is
behind your decision to use the capital T ?
