Are you suggesting that what I said deals with "substance" and not
experience? If so, maybe I'm either not communicating very well or
maybe I do try to define events as "substances"?

alittle too literally, what you said before zero's in on the descriptive
angle, that for descriptive purposes, the levels are discreet but how
they
interact is of a continuous nature, is relevant to the issue.
supplying prescriptive meaning is tricky. Things like
this can cause a lot of trouble.
