I am "with you" as they say on the social issue and in my review of
Magnus essay I reveal the source of his straying (believing that
SOM's or science's "social" has anything to do with the 3rd. level)
while it has to do with "controlling/suppressing" biolological value.

Pirsig actually said:

The last part you and the rest of the discussion should heed
because on the intellectual issue you are as far off as Magnus on
the social (he is lost on the intellectual too, but never mind) This
underpins the SOL interpretation. The Ancient Greeks is in a MOQ
context means SOM.
