Ian's answer was more eloquent than the
one I had half-typed, so I'll just second the
motion, as it were.

...as to thinking too much, I think that was what
the old silent movie routine was about, the one
where the figure painted himself into a corner.

It took him a lot of work to think himself into a
corner -- and confusion of SQ and DQ.  ;-)
