Ron:
Intellect is an MoQ level, MoQ includes itself in it's own level.
You seem to be stuck on the misinterpretation of Godels therom.
Which, DOES allow self refferential statements. It is simply a test
not a law or axiom, a test of completeness and consistency in
logical systems by reducing logical statements to numbers.
Then you observe how those numbers "objectivly' add up.

I think if you can get over this hurdel you will begin to see
where Pirsig is coming from.

Andrè, Horse, All

But these relevant observations are nullified by Pirsig's own insisting
that the MOQ is an intellectual pattern while it's plain that INTELLECT
IS A MOQ PATTERN. The said insisting is what spawns the
misconception that intellect is where "metaphysics" are - the MOQ
included. If this could be cleared up the SOL would be the only way to
interpret the MOQ.
