Are you really in favor of people having nuclear weapons or missles of a lower
grade?

What gave you that impression? I support the rights of sportsmen to own hunting
weapons, and I support the right of private citizens to carry weapons for
self-defense. And in certain cases I'd even consider allowing automatic weapons
to be held privately. But I draw the line at explosives and weapons designed to
destroy targets like cars, houses or anything larger of course. Do you draw a
line? Where?

I already drew the line Arlo. People don't need weapons unless
their neighbors upgrade their weapons. You though find it ok
for people to get nuclear weapons. I'm not for that.
