system we call existence.

Isn't this the role of EMPIRICAL propositions?

Except for A = A, all propositions depend on relational premises.
Can you come up with one that doesn't?

Wouldn't it be great if the same theory that explains how
species of one-celled animals evolve to species with
consciousness, also explained how a human one-celled
zygote grows to a conscious individual?

It might be "wonderful" for scientists and geneticists who explain the process in terms of biological evolution. But that's "cause-and-effect" process, the experiential worldview of empiricism, not philosophy.
