Platt: That the individual holds a high place in the Pirsig's philosophy is evidenced by his writing in ZAMM: "My personal feeling is this is how further improvement in the world will be done: by individuals making Quality decisions, and that's all."
Andre: Hi PLatt, I have been missing some things in this discuss and respond as I see them. I have already responded to your previous post and reconfirm: if an individual does not see itself (as a SPOV) reflected on the intellectual PoV you will get trouble. Not because the PoV is wrong but because at the Intell. PoV is there is something missing. We are patterns of quality and the IDEA of individualism is based on SOM premisses. It is not reality. We are All. For what it is worth.
