At least they are not Pirsig's because he places religion inside the 
social level. Moreover there's no moral struggle inside the levels, 
plenty struggle - animals fight, kill and eat each other -  but that's not a 
moral struggle.

Re. intellectual patterns I don't want to say anything about moral 
supremacy, but on the biological level the human species is superior 
because it's the carrier of social value, and on the social level the 
Greek culture was (at least) superior because it gave rise to 
intellectual level (so was the "far east" ones) while the tyrannies to this 
day fight against intellect. Seems like we agree here
