[Arlo] Actually Krimel's remark was a correction, and a valid one at that. That Ham can find a failed radical rightist bemoaning "multiculturalism" should surprise no one, that people here take such stuff seriously should embarrass us all. I found another failed radical rightist that sees "multiculturalism" as the destruction of "America". Along with Bork, KKK Patriot and (Former) Grand Wizard David Duke also has written about the evils of multiculturalism (although Duke lumps the evil of Jewish culture into the other miscreant, darkie, inferior cultures assaulting the Holy and Morally Supreme Culture of Whites). http://whitecivilrights.org/index.php?s=multiculturalism Duke sums up the thoughts Platt (and likely Ham) is too much a coward to say outright. (Duke) White-Euro-Christian culture, stripped of its European heritage and turned into Sundance Kids and John Waynes (note- by assimilating Indian cultures, as Pirsig points out). Apparently, everyone else can go to hell (where they belong). There are many others, of course, Platt and Ham could turn to for support in their "monocultural" argument. Besides David Duke, there is Slobodan Milosovich, and of course "Mein Kampf" is a veritable tribute to monoculturalism (and cultural superiority) and the plague of "foreign values that would degenerate the nation's sovereigty". The Mullahs, and Khomeini, also argue against "foreign values" degenerating cultural heritage. Its all the same rhetoric. And sad rhetoric at that.
