MP: Yes. A true statement, but I don't see that its applicable to theism; where you can objectively/mathematically disprove (as much as one's acceptance of reality permits) that the sun circles the earth, you can't do that with the existence of God. If instead you are faced with a need to "convert" (which is, for all intents and purposes what you guys are talking about) why would you so blatantly go about it doing it like religions did? Like the very things you criticize in preaching for the conversion? In purporting to be higher in evolution, it appears decidedly common to use the same approach as that thing you claim has been surpassed, that should be discarded for the replacement. And it will be equally as ineffective as it was before. Myth for myth is all that will happen. No understanding. No Quality achieved. Just more stasis. IMO of course.
