Hi Mark

I understand that I hurt your feelings. I'm sorry. I could say I didn't mean it 
but I did. I want to shake you awake for surely you slumber.
 
Be mindful. 
 
That's the best advice I can give... the best advice I've ever heard. And watch 
out for self-styled gurus. They aren't what they seem.

PS I've been a practioner of Vipassana meditation for some years now. There is 
a center about 35 miles from where I live that I visit 3 to 4 times a year. 
I've only done the 10 day retreats but I am considering getting serious about 
it. There are many centers throughout the US and the world. I think you might
