dmb has done more than anyone on this list to engage folks and explain the moq. 
his repeated efforts are often met with arrogant ignorance.

but dave keeps on plugging away cos he understands that he is in a position of 
some responsibility and because he cares about what he's doing.

i, for one, would like to acknowledge this.
