Hi Ham,
I was struck by the statement above.  I think I know what you are describing by
sensibility, in a way it is connected to interaction or movement.  It is
processed as
a result of the 6 senses (or more) considering the object.  Such interaction can
then go off into logical or abstract thoughts with sensibility as their basis.
This is
my understanding anyway.

Perception and sensibility may have a commonality.  In the Upanishad version of
Maya, there are three components, a veiling, a projecting, and a revealing.
According
to vedanta thought, these components are what create a misperception of what
is there.  This may be similar to your negation principle.  Now Maya is
concerned with
perception, or, interpretation and creation of illusion (of course one man's
illusion is
another's reality, so let's not go there).  The Vedantins wanted to understand
this
perception and see beyond it.  They claim it is possible.

You state that sensibility is primary to experiential constructs, which I
understand.
What happens with a misperception?  Then of course a construct is still created.
But what happens if neither perception or misperception is possible?  Say for
example
that I ask you "what is the sound of one hand clapping?".  The perception would
be that
this may be a nonsense question.  However, as with many koans, there is a
purpose
behind such a question.  Perhaps it is to stop logical thought.  Perhaps it is
to
experience Essence without negation.

Check out some koans in "The Gateless Gate",

it has some explanations, but these kind of defeat the purpose, since
enlightenment
must come from within.

Cheers,
Mark
