Hi Steve,

Here is a question I might ask myself: How do I get my head to work
side-by-side with my heart?

Marsha

Marsha/Steve,

I recently ran across the idea that the real suffering occurs
at the place where we are trying to balance the guidance of
our intellect/ego with the steering of our 'inner compass'.
I'm sure that the phrase 'inner compass' will inevitably cause a stir;
but perhaps it's what you mean by 'heart'.

One must find compassion and equanimity for themselves as a natural
part of the process for loving all.

How does Love fit into the MOQ?...it should be absolutely obvious.

Perhaps synonymous with Quality?

In both Static and Dynamic forms.

Static: Clinging, ego-attached, demanding, closed
Dynamic: compassionate, detached, open, accepting

If people here don't think this is part of a philosophy discussion -
or a discussion of the MOQ, I apologize.
