I also have been practicing mindfulness and meditation long enough 
to know how to detach from nonsense thoughts.  They are mere 
vapor.  And what do you suppose you get when you drop all 
thoughts for a period of time, even a small amount of time makes 
the experience impressive?  Unpatterned experience!
