Ian, Develop meditation first, and then your questions will change, and you may understand the answers differently. I do not get the violence, by some, towards Bo. It represents such disharmony, whether he is understood or not. After all these posts ARE comprised of "just" words. I think nobody on this list gets that these are just bits and pieces of pattern, and not swords and rocks.
