Hi Marsha, Good question. I think questions like this lead to insight. I know your question led to my insight, just posted, that free will indicates a 4th level transcendance over merely following moral rules because everybody else does.
I liked what Mark said about our "free won't". Which sorta resonates with my post about love and doubt. Take care and keep asking those questions and exercising your free won't.
