No, it is not a lie nor is it a truth. It comes before truth or lies.
First you got to meet someone before you can lie to them, right?
First you have to be at a poetry event before you can have an opinion
on it, right?  First you have to jump in the water before you can talk
about what it's like, right?

Everybody here must have experienced Quality, otherwise they would
have nothing to talk about.  It would be like having a discussion
about skiing without ever having seen the snow.  Just ask anyone in
this forum what Quality is like, and they will give you an answer.  If
they do not know then they can read about it in ZAMM and Lila and
follow the clues.
