I don't think anyone believes 'spov' is synonymous with 'truth'.  (This would 
lead to an immediate contradiction,
since 'falsity' is also an spov.)  But even so, it doesn't matter what spov you 
consider (truth, greed, love), if it
CONTROLS your behavior, you are not free.  The danger is not truth--it is 
control.
