BTW talking of UK Health service, one of the people I've quoted a lot
is an ex-GP called Dr James Willis.

He uses ZMM / MoQ is his writings too - most of which are around what
is wrong with the health service - mostly what's wrong is the modern
private market-driven scientific management, that misunderstands that
health-care workers and patients are humans, not numbers.

Read
Paradox of Progress (book)
Friends in Low Places (on-line book)
Scylla and Charybdis (paper)
