[Arlo] I'm not sure what you mean. According to law, anyone incarcerated is given food, shelter and health-care. I'm sure if for some reason the "millionaire" was unable to arrange food, the state would provide it. Most states (if not all) provide a small daily stipend (compensation) for jury duty. In addition, your employer is asked to allow you to have time off.
