So then it would appear that the journalistic professionalism of the Independent is not what Jos Laycock purported it to be, given that that both the headline and the lead are misleading. Am I now to scratch that paper from my list of trustworthy news sources? Where shall I go in England to find a straight-talking newspaper? The Sun?
