Hi Miguel!

I have not found a piece of GUI based software that will do this, however, I do
have some code for the R package Geomorph that does landmark reflection on the
x axis if you are interested?

Cheers

Hi all

I am performing a 2D geometric morphometric study using human skulls. In a
previous research I digitized several landmarks and semilandmarks in the right
half of the face, but now I am trying to perform an analysis using the complete
face (i.e both halfs), so in order to not digitized again perhaps I can reflect
the right landmark configuration on the left side. Since the reflection is
performed during the procrustes (GPA) perhaps a particular software allows to
reflect the landmark configuration  TPS, MorphoJ, GeoMorph etc??

   any suggestions?

thank you in advance

best

Miguel
