Dear Miguel,
sure, it simply applies some formula for reflection of points relative  
to an axis (of course you need to have two points defining your axis).  
And, again, this would be appropriate only to visualize the results  
NOT to produce a dataset to analyze with commonly used landmark-based  
methods.

Not sure what do you mean by "z" coordinate, do you mean the third  
dimension? If your digitized configurations of landmarks all lay on a  
plane and/or they are digitized from the same projection (i.e. a  
single picture, for example), obviously you cannot obtain any "z"  
coordinate from them...
