Hi Miguel, Normally these days when I have to do these reflections I use Matlab. For an older paper (Fruciano et al. 2011 - It J Zool) I think I used LMedit from the IMP package (it's been a while now). However, if your data is only on half of the face, I would perform the analysis only on half the face and then use reflection across a symmetry axis only to display the results...
