As far as I know there are only 2 of us who do. However, we have a very small faculty - 8 teachers. Three of them are new to our school, so I don't have any experience with their habits. So 2 out of the remaining 5 isn't bad.

I know that at every school you can find at least one more more teachers that say come the end of the year that they are not going to have anything to do with teaching all summer. I am really curious as to how many teachers in your school, to your knowledge, actually take it upon themselves to do their own professional development. This can be in the form of reading, classes, or workshops. What percentage of teachers at your school actually do this? Thanks, Stephanie 3rd/CA _______________________________________________ Mosaic mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe or modify your membership please go to http://literacyworkshop.org/mailman/options/mosaic_literacyworkshop.org.
