I worked at a SFA school and it was a nightmare. It is way too scripted and they want you to assess the kids to death! I was at an inner city school where most of the kids didn't speak English. There was no flexibility. The idea are great in theory but the facilitators are taught that you have to stick to the script. Yikes. I agree with the other person - RUN!!!!!!!!!!
