I am almost done with all the steps
(http://www.statmt.org/moses/?n=Moses.Baseline#ems)
and doing the test using moses.ini (not the mert version):

But the output is strength. As the best translation instead of getting an
English sentence I get the same French sentence! any idea why this happens? I
guess I am doing a silly mistake somewhere.
