Hi, to create a separate phrase table just from the dictionary, just run the dictionary (just like a parallel corpus) through the training pipeline. The resulting additional phrase table can be added, as described here: http://www.statmt.org/moses/?n=Moses.AdvancedFeatures#ntoc23
