As I walked out the door this morning, I was greeted by a singing Tennessee
Warbler. Second best bird of the day was a pair of Sand Hill Cranes on the
lawn of the Hospital in Princeton. I was all set to check out the sewerage
ponds there, when work call me back as fast as possible to the cities.

This weekend I have to run my second frog and toad survey as the tree frogs
are loudly proclaiming their lust from what seems like every wetland
around. this run will be about two weeks early.

I have received a report that the deer ticks are thick. I have not found
any yet.
