I think we should make better use of subdirectories and a good directory 
tree in the layout... For example:

/projects/mozilla/broswer
/projects/mozilla/mailnews
/projects/mozilla/editor
/projects/bugzilla
/projects/tinderbox
/projects/bonsai

/doc/dev/cvs
/doc/dev/hacking
/doc/dev/build
/doc/usr/design
/doc/os/win32
/doc/os/unix
/doc/os/mac
/doc/os/linux

This is obviously an incomplete list, bit I think it's enough to get the 
point accross.
