I created a website for the mozilla.org reorganization, to provide a space
for "final" plans that have already been discussed in a discussion board. It
is my experience, that things mentioned in a discussion board rarely get
done, unless there is some sort of website, that displays a "gameplan" for
the project. This site is at http://www.mozilla.org/projects/reorg.

It is in 3 parts:

Index.html--Basic information about the project. This should not change
much.

Stt/index.html--For the short-term team. I technically "own" this page, but
I don't mind if other folks edit it, but if you are making major changes,
please let me know.

Ltt/index.html--For the long-term team. No-one owns this page, because I do
not know who will be on the team. If someone with access to gila wants to
take it, go ahead.

The site is not quite up yet, because I just checked it in and dostage has
not run yet, but it will be up soon. Also, I need to make it standards
compliment.
