Apparently they do not do this. Netscape seems to base its priorities on
what marketing wants. Marketing always gets it wrong the first time and
has to come back after a release and change what people were telling
them needed change way before the release. Apparently Netscape marketing
has not noticed that as they exert control Netscape's market share seems
to decline in direct proportion.
