IE renders standards-compliant websites better than NN. This is a simple
matter of fact - IE supports far more of the DOM and CSS standards than
NN4, even if it is still a light year behind Mozilla, and even if it does
also add its own non-standard "embrace and extend" features.
If the majority of websites out there work in both IE5 and NN4, it is
because a significant amount of work has gone into them to get them to
degrade gracefully, not because of any particular merits of Navigator.
