Sorry, but he is right.  IE is the least standards complient of anything 
even remotely resembling a web browser.  The only thing IE renders 
correctly is stuff made by frontpage, and it's own proprietary 
extensions such as BGSound.  Go to http://www.libpr0n.com with IE and 
then with Moz.  Does IE still render anything correctly?
