And technically, 6.1 hasn't been 'released', it's in Beta, as is 
Mozilla.  Users, especially corporate/institutional users won't 
use 'beta' products.

A few more "mission critical" features found in NC4.xx and not 
N6/Mozilla:
-print preview and page setup
-using external mail reader
-mail folder drag'n'drop
-Palm synchronization
-bookmarks management (sorting, updating, and FULL drag'n'drop)
-simpler/better documented import from NC4.XX (one that reliably 
moves mail messages, and doesn't require a manual adddress book 
export from NC4.xx)
-minimum system requirements too high 

I think that covers the major reasons folks are sticking with 
Communicator
