I have a 64 MB RAM P100 running win98 and do not have any such problem.
I also have a 64 MB RAM PPro200 running winXP and do not see anything
like this. My primary windows machine is a 128 MB RAM mobile PIII650
running win2K and I also do not see this problem on that machine.
