Maybe it's locked up while it's connecting to the site or doing a DNS
lookup? If I have two Mozilla windows open, then attempt to connect
to http://1.2.3.4/ in one of them, the other window locks up. I don't
get any sort of "connection timed out" message from Mozilla, btw. It
just silently gives up.
My setup: Mozilla 0.9.3, Windows XP, PIII 850MHz, 256MB RAM.
