Browser crashes
Browser freezes
We can leave these, but they may not ever be used. Simply because the tool doesn't invoke on a crash or freeze (most likely). We don't let the user manually input since http://www.foo.tld != http://www.foo.tld/badpage. This harms our ability to agregate. I left them in my development copy... though I doubt they are much/any use.

Can't log in / Can't access page / Blocked *
This is a must have, not really sure how to put it. Current wording in the system is "Mozilla Blocked / ('Netscape Not Supported')"

Blank page
Content missing
These are easy to confuse... I think we need to clarify or just choose 1. Even localizing these could cause some confusion depending on the wording.

Behavior wrong
Appearance wrong
Other problem

Think something about "Plugin won't load" might be good.


*I'm not sure how to phrase this one. It's supposed to be for all those sites that tell the user their browser isn't supported or that some other browser is required. Also, should login problems that aren't related to sites blocking us be a separate item?


If there are login problems not related to sites blocking us... are they our problem?
