I'm looking for review on the list of problem types we'll offer (in a select list) in the New "Report a Broken Website" tool.

Just to recap, this tool will hopefully pull a lot of the "page doesn't look right" type bugs out of Bugzilla and into a more Talkback-style database. The tool will be available as a small wizard in the client and should lower the barrier to entry for filing reports on sites that aren't working. With sufficient volume, we can focus our testcasing resources on the most important or most visible problems first.

OK, here's the list of problem types I've come up with. If you all have suggestions, please post here. Also, remember that we're going to be delivering this tool to a much larger audience than the current Bugzilla user base, so the problem types need to be phrased so that "ordinary" users will understand what they mean. Of course, the categories should also be the ones that are most helpful to us as we cull through this data.

Browser crashes
Browser freezes
Can't log in / Can't access page / Blocked *
Blank page
Content missing
Behavior wrong
Appearance wrong
Other problem

*I'm not sure how to phrase this one. It's supposed to be for all those sites that tell the user their browser isn't supported or that some other browser is required. Also, should login problems that aren't related to sites blocking us be a separate item?
