Browser crashes Browser freezes
Users often write "Browser crashes" when they meant "Browser freezed" in bug reports... hopefully they will pick the right thing here
Can't log in / Can't access page / Blocked *

How about "Browser not supported", then?
Blank page Content missing
These differ in that in the second case, only some content is missing? Is that a useful differentiation?
