If you can think of a good way in the UI to allow the user to do this, 
please let me know.  Patches to implement it are welcomed, too.

Newsgroups for a given server are listed alphabetical.  Are you seeing 
something else?

I thought there was a bug on this, but I couldn't find it.  Please log 
it and assign it to me.  The user should be able to reorder newsgroups.
