It's irrelavent for accidently end tasking an explorer window. End
tasking an open window will not end explorer.exe. If you attempt to end
task explorer.exe, you get the standard "Standby, Shutdown, Restart..."
screen.

There is no nuclear reactor in the world that would run a Microsoft OS
for a mission critical computer. They would run some flavor of *nix,
and there would be backups of backups of backup systems should anything
kill the first one.

I can't even tell if you are arguing for or against having the window
title in the window. Either way, I like what it looks like now. I've
got 3 windows open. One is labeled "Morpheus - [Traffic]", one is
"Xnews" and one is "FollowUp to:Re:[OT]"...", and I can't find anything
wrong with this setup. Sure, the follow up to window is part of Xnews.
But if it were to put Xnews - in front of the name in the task bar, I
would have no idea what the window is a reply to. I can open several
compositions now and tell the difference between them with the task bar.
