No. Your comparison is flawed. The equivalent of the name in teh
titlebar is that your name appear at the top of the displayed message
(at any time) and in the thread pane and that I don't have to do to a
menu item just to find out that it's Matthew Thomas writing this.
But you want to get rid of the header second, too - oh well.
