My sendmail access database is overflowing with spam addresses and
variants thereof with over 4,000 entries. I think I found one or two
global entries that may be blocking your IP block. I think I fixed it.

If you're going through t-online.de that may have been it. Or even a
217.* block would do it as well. I found other variants as well that I
erased from the db.
