My "stunnel" command line for accessing secnews.netscape.com

G:\xnews\Stunnel\stunnel-3.11.exe -c -d 1199 -r secnews.netscape.com:563

This suffices for Xnews as well as Agent. Of course, both newsreaders
are setup accordingly in their respective options, etc.
